I have very bad experience with Sajan. He is helpless with the house that he rented to me. I pay high rent but the house had many problems in the basement (esp with main drainage). Heavy dust and toxic smell in the house. I regret big time renting this house with Sajan. Sajan did not care his customer and he cared and loved the rent money. Very hard to contact Sajan during the issues and he basically asked us to contact the landlord. Landlord blocked our phone number which is unacceptable and an-excusable. Dont go for rent especially where it says renovations.

During the search of our house we found a person whom we now call a friend. In the entire process he was there by the side and made sure that we get the best house . Thank you is a very small word but you made our dream come true

Sajan was readily available via text/phone, answered all questions, and most importantly gave us real advice on what to look for, renting potential, and sound investments. In the end we did find the perfect house, with all of our requirements met and even more Sajan helped us rent out the basement. Sajan is experienced, friendly and customer focused realtor. He helped us to find suitable, best quality Prime Lot Detached House within Toronto limit in 5-6 months.
