Imraz has definitely raised the bar with his exceptional ethical professionalism! He and his entire team were on board from the time we approached him to be our agent. He facilitated renovations to our house and advised us on different aspects of what to expect during the selling process. He has a proactive approach, able to address issues before they arise. His knowledge of the market and the timing were evident when our house was sold within 6 hours of it going live on MLS, and that too over the asking price. BRAVO Imraz! It was simply superb! You communicated with the old tenant to ensure that her move out was smooth. You identified the maintenance work that needed to be done and oversaw the maintenance through your resources. You worked with the new tenant and made sure that he moved in without any issues and he was happy.
