Sothess was quite laid-back and easy to get along with when I first met him. He was well-informed, patient, and considerate. When it came to my future home, he listened to what I was searching for and what piqued my interest. So when it came time to look at properties, Sothees made sure I had access to all of the ones I liked and had chosen, as well as others he believed I might enjoy. Sothees had pointed out aspects that I would never have noticed while examining properties, such as noise from highways or roads while all the windows were closed. With all that noise, he said it would be difficult to rest after a long day at work. I was able to purchase my ideal home while staying inside my budget. Needless to say, the transaction went down without a hitch. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly suggest Sothees to my relatives and friends, and I would not hesitate to contact him again if I needed to purchase a home. Thank you, Sothees, and keep doing what you're doing!

Sothees is a friend over 20+ years in Canada to me. We always kept our personal and business relationship very private. But now I felt like it is time to compliment his genuine and honest services in public space. I have always been pleased with the services provided by Sothees in his different avatars. However, this is the first time he provided his services as a realtor. I sincerely appreciate his taking care of his customers first attitude. Sothees he is a very friendly and hard working person He will do his best to get you the best deal and property. He also do his job from his heart and not for the money that what I like about him.
