Terrible experience! They came to show my home in Kingston, ON. 30 mins late with no notice, LET MY TWO DOGS LOOSE (thankfully they were not hit by cars as the realtor left the door wide open! The dogs had been out of the house during the time the house showing was scheduled for - again, realtor was 30 mins late with no notice). They left the door open and did not properly secure the lockbox so that our key was exposed! Beware!! Beyond disgusted.

The staff here are very nice and helpful. My agent told me all the agents here receive a lot of training on different real estate topics as they are very knowledgeable. Kannan helped me get the house that I really wanted and he had the answers for all the questions I had. I would get their help again in selling and buying my next house. Highly recommend!
