I can't say enough good things about Sujhan! He is a great person to have by your side when making such a big decision like buying or selling your home. He is always courteous and responsive which is hard to find in an agent. And he goes above and beyond to help you find what you want/need. He helped my partner and I look for our perfect home, we had a very specific wish list and he didn't rest until we were completely happy. The experience we had with our agent Sujhan, was very pleasent and proffesional. His reassuring and confident personnal manor went a long way with our plans. He was always punctual and on time with his call backs and made sure we were updated with the offers presented. Working with Sujhan was very easy. I had a limited budget and also on the other side I had different requirements. He managed to find the house which fulfilled all those requirements and also kept it within my budget. I really think he managed to crack a very good deal. If I deal with properties again I will definitely work with him again and also I referred him to lots of my friends.

Buying a first home is always nerve wracking, luckily there are people like Sujhan who makes the journey less stressful. Sujhan is a great realtor who has empathizes with his clients and fights tooth and nail to ensure they get the best deal. He is a reliable, professional, cordial and most importantly a good human being. I will definitely work with him again and is highly recommended.

Sujhan is an amazing realtor! He goes above and beyond to ensure that you have the perfect place to call home! Scheduling last min viewings and dealing with crazy work schedules and commuting issues are not easy to overcome, but he did it without breaking a sweat! Being able to entertain my toddler during viewings was such an added advantage so that I could really look at the place and not chase after my son! Sujhan was able to take my wants and needs and produce many options for our home. He was beyond patient with my indecisiveness and was able to help me with any questions I came up with. I'm definitely going to be using him again in the future and I highly recommend him to help you with your search.
