Clayton has been very responsive and responsible through out the whole process. He helped a lot on negotiating and following up on the rental application, no matter it went through or not. I would highly recommend him to be your agent, especially when he speaks both fluent english and cantonese thats helps understanding details during the showings. Overall, he is a very nice agent who takes care of every needs of his clients.
