Tess was recommended by a friend that used her services. At first I was sceptical whos interests She would give priority to. I very quickly realized that it was mine due to her determination to show me a limitless supply of places in the location and price range that I desired. Her professionalism, determination, pleasant personality and helpfulness through all the procedures necessary to get into a place that met all my needs in the very short timeline that I had. Using her services was exactly what I needed. It took the time and stress of looking, making calls and appointments etc. off my chest and made the transition much easier. Tess is absolutely wonderful to work with. Its like having a friend on the inside that is working for you. She really care about her clients. She gave me all resources, explained the process in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer,getting a mortgage broker and a lawyer. Highly recommended!
