We moved into our first home this week. We were lucky to have Rakib Zaman as our realtor. Would like to share my experience with everyone. We, being a first-time home buyer, did not have literally any idea about the home buying process and what to expect. From day one we received solid guidance from Rakib Zaman and that definitely helped us to narrow down what we were looking for. We did not have any pre-decided plan for location or even home type. We had a number of sessions with Rakib Zaman where he tried to understand our budget and what is our preference is as a family and guided us to come to a decision. The most importantly he advised us to wait for market correction and choose the best time to buy house. I have surely heard many stories of how bidding for houses a nightmare is and how hearts are broken seeing and bidding for houses one after another. I must say, for us, the journey was short and sweet. We saw a total of 12 houses. We loved the 11th house we viewed and shared our liking with Rakib Zaman. Rakib Zaman made the impossible happen. We did not even bid for the house, yes, we did not. Rakib Zaman contacted the seller realtor and negotiated a price for us. Only after the price offer was accepted, we submitted our bid. and the house was ours :) I think we were lucky with the bid but honestly there were numerous challenging situations in the journey of our home purchase. At each point we thought, what to do now! but each time, with his years of experience and expert judgement Rakib Zaman showed us a way out. The mortgage approval process was a breeze. He assisted us to get quote from 3 top banks, discussed the rate , finally we got best rate of our mortgage. I heard in this step few realtors blackmail their clients, we were lucky that we did fall in any trap. Every transaction was transparent and unbelievably smooth. Rakib Zaman was always there at every step, he was available for house visits, phone calls whenever we had any questions (and there were numerous I am telling you!), finding legal, bank selection, mortgage and what not. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and the whole home buying process. There was never a situation when Rakib Zaman did not have an answer to our question. Thank you, Rakib Zaman. I cannot thank you enough really. I would recommend anyone with full conviction to reach out to Rakib Zaman if you are planning to buy a house. We had an excellent experience. without a doubt.

Cant Thank him enough for our first home in Canada. We could not have done it, with our low budget. Rakib bhai had made that impossible to a possible solution. End to end he bear all the responsibility and answered our thousand stupid question and made us home owner! Jazakumullah khairan! His hard work and dedication was key to our smooth success.

Being a first time home buyer in a seller's market is always a stressful situation. Rakib Zaman helped us and took our stress away by providing his insight and suggestions that helped us make informed decisions and eventually buy a great property! He always followed up with us with updates and options. He took the time to understand our need and in addition to showings and offer preparations, during the entire purchase process he was always available for any sort of queries no matter how trivial they were and patiently addressed all questions that a first time buyer might have. Rakib Zaman's knowledge, experience, professionalism and open communication made it a pleasure working with him I and wish him all the best!

Buying a property at near "peak" post-pandemic time was a daunting task. Specially, when you are a first time home buyer, there are a lot of factors to consider which we didn't have any knowledge of. I'm glad we found Rakib to help us throughout the entire process. What struck me to be the best feature is Rakib's patience and calm demeanor to explain every single step of the process. He took the time to understand our unique needs and lay out what options we had, along with additional options we may have if we tweaked certain things here and there. I'm amazed that at the beginning we were looking to buy just any apartment and eventually we ended up buying a house! He's a one-stop shop when it comes to your home buying need and would definitely recommend him strongly. I hope to maintain our relationship if we consider to move next and wish him continued success in the years to come :)
