This company has the same address as Unique Roofing and Masonry. My experience with them is that they are scammers. Apparently two twin Irish brothers, Michael and William Murphy and their sister company,
Master Build Construction GTA (supposed owner, David Lyons). They start a company that has a name similar to an existing company to confuse people. They come to your house saying you need roof and masonry work and scare you into signing a contract for work not required and way overpriced. They demand a lot of cash up front, do a little work to fool you into thinking they are legit, then come back, over and over again for more cash advances. They keep demanding money and then disappear.
