Had their wonderful team come out in 2019 and installed our roof in a great time manner. Very experienced and knowledgeable team. Super impressed with the entire process from estimate to installation day! They offer a wonderful warranty for 10 years and when you call its smooth sailing to have them come out and fix on the spot! I'd recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs!! Explained clearly 2 jobs needed to be done. 1) Add Whirly 2) vent stove exhaust out roof. Verbally agreed $400 cash for parts and labour. They refused to provide itemized contract of work to be done. Suppose to show up at 1200pm and arrived at 3pm. After stove exhaust was completed showed me the work and I said where is the Whirly? He said another $200 because no one communicated with him about 2 jobs. They used language barrier to act like they did not understand what I was saying. Get work to be done in writing or refuse to use this company. Service: Attic venting

I personally find out the experience working with Mx Roofing for my shingle roof replacement is pretty good! A good friend of mine referred Mx roofing to me for a small repair work at the beginning. I like their honesty and the way they do business. Customer service is great overall, providing me a very reasonable quote in a very efficient manner. And they are on time for appointments and they patiently walks me through the work step by step shown on the agreement, also showing me samples and other accessories options. There are few things that I do not understand at the beginning, and I am very glad they explain everything clearly to me as a homeowner. I do have some other roofing companies quotes. and I find out Mx roofing provided me way better info in details. Therefore, we decided to replace whole roof shingles this year. On scheduled job day, team arrived right on time and perform the shingle replacement work according to what we have agreed. Team working excellent together in a professional way. I was home that day so Mx roofing team also took some pictures of my roof and wood boards showing to me everything is in good condition (giving me a peace of mind for sure). Whole work to completion is done properly, team also looked into details and cleaning job after the work is also impressive. I will recommend mx roofing to my friends or family for shingle roofing work. : )
