My wife and I are endlessly grateful to the team at Golden Door Roofing for installing the torsion spring garage door in our new home. We were expecting a lot of headaches since we live in a historic district, but they responded professionally and politely to all of our requests. Thanks again!

Horrible customer service. He knocked on my door and scared me to repair my shingles. I called him back, he came and we agreed to change the shingles. Without telling me that the shingles are a different color, he climbed up and was about to change the shingle when i realized its a different color. When i told him i want the same color, he literally threw his pack of shingles from the roof and started screaming and threw a tantrum in my neighborhood. Never will i ever recommend them. Zero stars. I even felt bad as he had climbed up and offered to get it done but this man and his wife or gf are crazy and extremely rude, he started cussing at us . I wish i recorded this incident He also overcharges the heck out of it.

Zheng Wei Li aka Joey Li repaired my roof Dec 13 2021. He did the job in 30 mins and replaced 8 worn shingles. On Jan 8, 2022, I noticed that they were shingles blown away scattered on my backyard. I called him and he asked for photos. After, i texted him photos and left him few messages. He never replied. Property located in Milton. His business card stated 15 year labor warranty. He's NOT RELIABLE and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I regret trusting him.
