I contacted Hugh to fix the water leak from one of my bathroom exhaust fans. Hugh was very responsive and committed to send his team to fix the issue the same day. Chris and two other team members came to my house, conducted an inspection, and fixed the issue in an hour. They said the previous contractor incorrectly installed the exhaust pipes and that they didn't even put a hole to vent the air out of the roof. The vent pipes were just hung in the attic without a roof vent. This was a major issue as it could cause mold and damage to the attic and ceiling. I am glad that Chris showed me before and after photos. I highly recommend Hugh and his team for any roofing services.

Shoddy work. Will not honour warranty. Warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on. UPDATE: Included a photo of my warranty to company's reply to my review. No response. Upon closer inspection of the roof there are additional areas of poor workmanship. Plastic sheeting that should be removed from the ice and water shield was not done. Bent nails not removed causing shingles to lift along with other inefficiencies too numerous to list. Don't believe in their warranty claims. You will have difficulties with that. UPDATE(2): Guess what? Still no warranty repairs. 21 months and all I hear is crickets. When Ming says he is 'a man of his words' you might want to think twice about trusting him. He is definitely not a class act. I used to do roofs when I was younger so I do know what I'm talking about. All the good reviews are likely from customers who may not know what to look for. Hire at your own risk.
