Talking about my roof re-shingle and skylight replacement with Nimi is like talking to a long time friend who tells you and explains to you what needs to be done. Hed even tell how its done, just ask him. Nimi (Vllazmin is his formal first name) was referred to me by a long time friend who does property management for a living. Nimi did this friends skylights and was pretty happy with the outcome. At the time, I had sourced estimates for my roofing and skylight job from 5 other contractors- all Homestar listed with outstanding reviews. All were responsive, good to talk to people, albeit 2 of them were just too expensive I couldnt afford their highly rated workmanship. Then I chose Nimi. He is candid, answers questions ( and I had a lot) without hesitation and responds to text messages promptly. Best of all he has great referrals. One even invited us over to see her new roof! The job was done in one day and I must say my roof and skylight look attractively nice.
