I recently got hired with Wincon Security, I must say that they are highly professional. I found all employee so much supportive & they provide very flexible schedule according to the employee needs. I met their Director of Operations, Mr. Sunil, he is so professional & even the scheduler, Mr. Lovish, works great on the schedule and provide the best. I would hightly recommend this company. Looking for a long term tenure with them. Thanks.

This company does not even deserve 1 star. They dont care about their employees n clients. Please dont give this totally unprofessional company any work and do not even think about to work for them. They do not care about government rules. Totally worthless and they exploit international students. I have worked for them so I can tell. When I reach on the site then only they inform me that shift got cancelled and after doing that after making me travel 1.5 hour in early morning In winter they cancel shift and dont even pay me minimum 4 hours pay set up by government. After 2 years of experience they only increase the pay by 0.05 cents. No wonder how this company is losing all their clients.
