Dont buy here. You buy items full price with worst service. I bought a pair of shoes and two weeks later the skin started peeling off. I took them to the Store they said even if I bought them expensive they cant do anything about them. You dont want to buy shoes to last for two weeks

For most of my life I've always shopped online, but recently all that changed when I received one of the best services I've had in a shoe store since my father owned one himself. A young girl who initially helped me through the phone and then in person named Karni, really makes me want to buy a shoe from the store everytime I go there just so I can be served by her. As a business owner myself I can say Browns is lucky to have her in the team . Thank you Ms. Karni for the service my wife loves your choice of shoes.

My husband and I visited this store this Sunday and the sales rep Gisela helped us with our purchase and treated us with respect. We are used to receiving subpar service at some places because of our ethnicity but Gisela was an excellent help from the moment we stepped into the store till we made our purchase and left. It was a memorable shopping experience.

Suzy was an attentive shop assistant, hardworking and knowledgeable. Brown's has the most extensive selection of tall boots amongst the other shoe shops there.
