We are profoundly thankful to Jimmy for quickly constructing a machine designed for roasting whole lambs, and for his patience in detailing the materials and craftsmanship involved. We host a gathering every Sunday of the month, and with a large crowd expected this upcoming Sunday, we needed to roast an entire lamb. I bought two machines from Amazon that turned out to be disappointingly small and of subpar quality. Despite their price range of $400 to $1100, considering their materials and craftsmanship, they seemed to be appropriately priced. The Amazon orders arrived on the 20th, and by the 21st, they were assembled. With the party fast approaching, I searched online and came across Alpha company. After a brief phone conversation, I found Jimmy to be incredibly warm and friendly, which led me to decide to visit their factory the following day. Before my visit, I sought advice from a friend who was a retired professional metalworker about the price. He informed me that an 18-gage 304 stainless steel plate costs between $300 and $400, and I would require at least two of these plates for my machine, in addition to rebar, a motor, and the labor costs. This price seemed reasonable, and that was not just my personal assessment but also a professional opinion. Upon my arrival at the company on Tuesday, Jimmy greeted us warmly and took the time to explain the blueprint and manufacturing process in detail. We proposed numerous additional ideas, and Jimmy patiently clarified what was feasible, while also debunking some unnecessary and costly suggestions. He was thorough in his explanations. After a tour of the factory, I was convinced of their exceptional craftsmanship. Having previously owned a restaurant and commissioned various stainless steel equipment, I can attest to Alpha's professionalism. If you're in the restaurant business and need custom-made sinks, dishwasher table, and kitchen prep tables, you can be assured of top quality here. Although I've yet to receive the machine, I'm confident it will be an excellent product. I'll share some photos once it arrives.

I have used this business for a few customised jobs. This is one of the best place for the custom steel fabrication and also reasonable price. Jimmy and his team always helped me with my stainless steel / metal works.

My business partner and I got a customized table for our new bubble shop that will be opening soon. We found Jimmy and provided him with all the details we wanted in our table and a time frame that we were hoping to have it done by. Jimmy and his team did not disappoint us at all.
