You get What you pay for... I found him on Kijiji and he advertised $40 for income tax. I took the risk.. and such a poor job he did. every time I emailed him he asks to send money first which was very unprofessional and annoying. He doesn't instruct what receipts or things can be claimed and I had to figure out on my own and obviously I missed to send certain receipts to be claimed. If I'd known what can be submitted why would I hire an accountant??? I could've done my own tax online!!! when I realized one of the claim was missed, he wanted additional $35 to submit that one claim which it should've been his responsibility to informed me especially I had asked him multiple times what can be claimed for my income tax. and even then I had emailed few times to submit and will pay $35 but he never got back to me. I also found out that we could've gotten back more regarding Covid- tax he gave us wrong info and we had to file again. He did a good job getting all his friends to write 5 star reviews.. I do not recommend .
