Very unprofessional-like people who do not care about punctuality and lack communication skills to effectively let you know what is going on regarding your tax return. I was trying to file a tax return back in May, and they tell me since their software wasnt working that they were going to mail it in from me instead. Later I find out, I was lied to and my tax return was not filed, I called back in and they said they would get on it again and would let me know. Never called me back once and I had to keep calling them back, only to find out they had not finished my return and claimed reason after another reason as to why they couldnt file it and kept asking me to call back later, saying theyll fix for it. Now at the end of September, my return has not been filed and I will not be filing with these guys and just save my time and effort and do it by myself. Really disappointed with the lack of unprofessionalism and disappointing customer service they displayed. Would not recommend at all.

Wish there was a 0 star review option. Work ethics: 0, Attitude: 0 (OMG, the attitude! Intolerable!), Communication with client: 0, Professionalism: 0, Commitment: - 99. By any chance, if they owe you money, BEST OF LUCK with that.
