        Sold me a united ticket and i selected zero dollar seats (and some paid seats). Then they call/email me and demand hundreds more if I want them to "confirm" the zero dollar seats. When I call to fix the mistake, they were extremely rude and kept talking over me, saying I didnt understand. Then they didnt want to argue anymore so they put me on hold indefinitely so they didnt have to hang up.
