If I could give no stars, I would. My experience with this travel agency was horrible. I booked a cruise here for Norwegian epic(which is apart of the Norwegian cruise lines) for this coming August, to Western Mediterranean, from August 25th-September 1st. We are travelling in a group of 6 and the employee that was working with us told us that we would have a balcony room for $2079 per person. We even confirmed with them that the price wouldn't change, so we booked the cruise and was looking forward to it. They told us that they were just making a request and they weren't even sure if we would get those rooms or even go on this vacation and that we didn't have to give them our credit card info yet. Keep in mind that we were in a group of 6, but when they booked it the first three people were $2079 per person, but the last three were $2219 per person, which is a extra $140 they had to pay. Which is ridiculous and made no sense, since we were a group of 6, so why did they split us up into 2 groups then? They didn't even call to tell us the price had altered until after they booked it. We told them that we didn't want it anymore because of the altered price and they told us that they payed for us. Why would they use their company's money to pay for our trip? What if we didn't pay them back or changed our minds(which we did)? This wasn't the first time we used this agency. We used this agency to book a cruise last year and everything was fine, they didn't pay for our cruise or anything, nothing went wrong. So why did they make this executive decision for us this time? Keep in mind that they told us that they were just requesting it and didn't know if we would even be able to go. Now all 6 of us are forced to go and are super unhappy about it. I want a explanation, a solution to fix this. If no action gets taken, I will have to resort to talking to your corporal.
