        I opted this location for the first time as it's near my house. Before booking we asked if we return the truck after office hours would I be charged extra, the person in office said NO, if you return the truck same day even after hours you won't be charged for 2 day rent. Return the key in key box and leave the truck in our UHaul premises. I left the truck in UHaul premises after using and filling the gas tank to full Yesterday. I received the invoice today whee they have charged me for 2 days causing me to pay almost $40 extra. Whn I went to resolve the issue now another person n office is saying that is not the case if you're leaving the truck after office hours you'll be charged for another day. Whoever told you was wrong. While my stance is Whoever is sitting in the office should have complete information of how to do the business, it's not my fault and I shouldn't be made to pay extra for their negligence. It's deception not a good customer service

        Went there at 1 pm to get moving supplies, before the supposed lunch break. The store was closed while it was supposed to be open. Waited around but nothing. Just went to Home Depot, which is down the road, and got my stuff from there instead.
