Used their services for my corporate move from Edmonton to the GTA. Vehicle and key were damaged, with no luck getting claims back. They will try to make it sound like you are trying to scam them when damages are brought up. Extremely dissatisfied with the services and would not recommend their services.

Shipped 3 vehicles for my employment. I met with the transporter/driver and he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help us with our load and communicated thoroughly and efficiently. Talented, hard working and super kind! Hansen's has been a pleasure to work with. All around good customer service and prompt responses. Definitely will use their services again. :)

I shipped my vehicle from BC to Ontario and the service was great! Tzoya answered all my questions before and during the process, and she also provided occasional email updates on my vehicle's location in addition to the online vehicle location tracking available from the website. Even though the vehicle was delivered 1 week later than was estimated, the vehicle was delivered in good condition and I would use them again.

Overall I was satisfied with the way Hansen's handled the shipping of my new truck. The price was reasonable. I had a cheaper quote from a broker but the vehicle was just sitting there, waiting for someone to take the load. Hansen's had my vehicle picked up within 3 business days of placing my order with them. That was two days later than what I was told originally, but still pretty quick and the vehicle was delivered right to my house, ahead of the due date. Took 3 weeks to move 1600 km. If I need to ship a vehicle in the future, I will consider Hansen's again.

Excellent service and wonderful experience served by Shelly B. for my first time shipping car across the country from Vancouver to Mississauga! Car arrived one week earlier than expected, and in good condition. Customer reps were responsive and accommodating to requests, super great to deal with!
