Anonymous for confidential reasons; I used this service to have my vehicle shipped over across the country. I had waited for a phone call to confirm my vehicle was confirmed to be picked up the following day, however no one contacted me and I had to reach out myself. When my vehicle did get picked up, I used the tracker number provided to track the status. I was quoted to having the vehicle arrive on the 17th, however it had not arrived until the 20th yet no one contacted me of any delays and I went out my way to resolve the issue myself. Finally, the reason why I'm frustrated is because my vehicle was not taken care of during travel. I had the vehicle exterior/interior relatively clean as I had recently bought the car. Upon receiving the vehicle at the new destination, there were over 10+ scratches and 2 new paint chips and the exterior of the vehicle was COVERED in dirt and grime which hid all of these cosmetic damages before I signed for the vehicle. My brake rotors rusted (to be expected) as the vehicle was not driven over 2 weeks, however the interior of the car I noticed muddy footprints, dirt and even a USED tissue in driver side-passenger door handle. The truck driver who delivered my vehicle was unable to do anything to resolve these issues. I don't have much experience in shipping vehicles as this was my first time, but you can best believe I will not be supporting this company based on how my vehicle was cared for in the span of a couple of weeks. Unfortunately I didn't know 100% of my rights so I signed for the vehicle; as the claims window is now void I'm stuck repairing these cosmetic issues myself and out of my own pocket.

I shipped my personal vehicle cross country with Hansen's Forwarding end January and am extremely pleased to say that my vehicle was handled with care and caution beyond my expectation. My car arrived at its destination as per our agreement. The Customer Service Representative I worked with was very professional, put my mind at ease regarding the transportation of my vehicle, and kept me informed throughout the process.
