Guildwood Village Animal Clinic

The staff are amazing. I was dog sitting for someone while they travelled for six weeks, and their dog somehow cut her paw while we were outside. The owners left the contact info for their regular clinic (not this one), and I took time off of work for the appointment. When I arrived, the clinic told me that they had to cancel my appointment last minute and that they had sent me a text an hour earlier to let me know. They had actually sent a text to the phone of the pet owner (who was out of the country and without cell service), despite me having left them with all of my info when I booked the appointment. At this point, I needed to find someone else to see the dog because I knew I wouldnt be able to take another day off of work. I called Guildwood and explained the situation. They were so warm and caring, and agreed to see me the same day as a courtesy. The staff were so friendly when we arrived and they had lots of assistants available to help with the very anxious dog that I brought in. They showed her lots of gentleness, despite her being uncomfortable and even a tad aggressive (not at all her usual) because of her anxiety and paw pain. The vet quickly treated the cut and even detected that she had an ear infection during her exam. She was tended to promptly and this office even called us the next day to see how puppy was doing since the visit. Great service. 10 out of 10.

Dr Audrey is, bar none, the best at diagnoising 'In one' she blows me away when I have a complicated problem. Vets are expensive but when they always seem to get it right the 1st time, that's priceless the techs are all well trained in compassion, customer service. and ability.

The staff are so kind and helpful; they are the perfect care team for my dog. I was looking for my first vet and found them when my dog had an upset stomach. The vet tech I spoke with went above and beyond to help me over the phone and slotted me in on the same day as they just had a cancellation. My dog is now enrolled as a patient there and, its strange to say this, but I always look forward to going to the vets. They take the time to follow up with me over the phone after appointments and make sure Im informed and have my questions answered. A cheerful and supportive team that truly cares about your pets and their humans.
