        Terrible service, Doctors always in a rush, even though there were ONLY a handful of patients in the waiting room and they have 3 Doctors today! Good only for refills but nothing else. Dr Tereza Elyas is esp uncaring!!!

        There are a lot of rushed staff there. We come to the family doctor, not the emergency room! The doctor doesn't make him talk at all. So a simple depression medication replaced my craving with medication that had the suicidal side effect. Of course, I never took that drug. Big problem if you don't know English because they're going to be racist to you and they won't listen. I'm not a racist, I'm even from the Middle East, but... This is Canada, not Arabia! Learn to listen to people, take your time, and not rush!
