Ive had to visit this clinic twice in the past couple months and both times I was seen by both physicians and was throughly impressed with the time and care they took to examine and listen to me. I used to go to this clinic often years ago but stopped going due to the lack of bedside manner the previous physicians had. With Dr. Wu and Dr. Russell on board, this community clinic will rise again. The frontline staff are exceptionally helpful and kind. And having the pharmacy right there is very helpful.

The doctor went on vacation the day after seeing me and they are refusing to look at my xray results until they can double bill my ohip card. Not impressed and out from work for 5 days now waiting on them to have a doctor read a file they have had for atleast 4 of them. Original Dr was awesome, but the follow up has been atrocious. Don't come here if you need test results they will not even pick up a file unless they are paid to do so.

This is the worst clinic you can go to. The front desk was asian receptionist was sick poor girl could barely talk. The doctor was the worst very unprofessional, loud and cant even type properly, everything she types she has to read it out loud and she didnt even read the assement they ask to fill out she guessing what your there for. Read the paper on why someones there or whats the point in filling out the paper. If you see Dr.Alaa Al-Khafaji don't expect to have any privacy. We could hear everything she was asking the female patient about her gynecologist in the other room. And when the patient was comming out the room she was embarassed. I don't understand how they have a high rating. It doesn't make sense their service is really bad here. Hopefully there are other doctors and they are better. Won't be comming back here again
