since it's super hard to contact the store, I have to write a review here to draw the attention.and share my experience here I purchased a TV last December and asked for cancellation since you don't deliver to my address. but it has been 5 months , I still haven't received the refund, every time I called the store, I either was told the refund was already handled or told me you would call me but it never happened . last week I asked for the refund confirmation/reference number per the suggestion of my credit card company, but again I didn't anything back , I may have to take this to court if this is not eventually resolved

Bought a Samsung QLED 55 inches Turned out to be fake with a Samsung Sticker on Please be cautious with them they are not selling genuine products all fake When trying to follow up on this.. They are not picking the call
