I just want other to know about Louise Auges lack of professionalism and how she handled my requests when I decided to "part ways with her and her services.
I emailed asking her for a copy of our Buyer Representation contract on November 28, 2018 when I did not get a response I sent a follow up email on December 5, 2018. I still did not receive a response so I emailed her realty firm directly on December 10th. She responded Shannon. Your contract expired Oct 31st" but did not provide me with paper work requested. She text messaged on page of the document alongside an unprofessional claim that I was being aggressive. I responded via email "Regardless, I would like a copy of the documents. Please send the entire document." I also responded to her text message. It is the second image attached.
Only on the 12th did she send the documents requested but not via PDF or email but via text message which I found very unprofessional.
I was left very upset and discourage by her actions and feel other home buyers should be aware of her actions.
Although we ultimately decided to use another realtor, I feel her reaction and subsequent actions where highly unprofessional.
Beware of working with Louise.
