        This is the best smoked fish my husband and I have ever had. We purchased from the Royal Winter Fair. But also have friends on the island and will be getting more! What a wonderful product and such nice people! Impossible to stop eating in one sitting.

        My wife and I just had a pickerel dinner. Lovely fish but too many bones in each filet . 10 -12 bones each filet.
