Grampify

We used Grampify to embroider some jackets for our employees. Chris was wonderful to communicate with and quick on the delivery of finishing our product. The workmanship was excellent! We appreciated that Chris went the extra mile for us picking up the jackets and ensuring embroidery wouldn't be an issue and then delivering them when in the area. Thank you!

Purchased some embroidered toques to go along with our staff Christmas gifts this year. Chris was excellent to work with. I told him what I wanted and within a very few hours I had a mock up emailed to me, and it was perfect! He even offered to meet me half way to Kingston, when the items were ready for pick up. I wish I could have added a photo of our group wearing these, because the variety was great, and everyone loved them, but thanks to the Pandemic, gathering in large groups was not an option. I definitely recommend Grampify Custom Designs, and look forward to working with Chris again in the future!

Today is a good day. This guy right here is one happy customer. I had Chris at Grampify make me up a new logo, and have it stitched on some hats. He come up with the perfect design and had me my hats in less then a week. Shipped it yesterday and had it this morning. Absolutely love the gear Chris and to my surprise ( I was literally like a kid on christmas) absolutely blew my mind when I opened the box and he added in a hoody for me with the logo on it along with his Grampify logo. I highly recommend this gentleman's work, very polite, very quick, and exceeds customers expectations forsure. Check him out on Facebook, email him or give him a call for your apparel. There is not enough words in the English thesaurus to describe how amazing Chris is to work with!!!!!! I contact Chris through his website on Wednesday afternoon (like 3:30pm). I asked him if he could embroider 3 lines on a delicate handkerchief that I wanted to gift to my best friend on her wedding day. I needed it for FRIDAY MORNING! Within 10 minutes he replied and asked me to bring him the handkerchief as soon as I could. He was honest and told me he had never worked on something so small and delicate but offered to make an attempt on a spare handkerchief that I gave him. By 8 am Thursday morning he had sent me the mock-up for my approval. At 6 pm THURSDAY NIGHT he told me he could do it and asked me to bring him the good handkerchief. When I woke up Friday morning there was an email in my inbox saying it was DONE and I could pick it up anytime!!!!!! It was more than I could ask for! Chris even matched the thread to the colour of the trim. As I said at the start of this review, there is not enough words in the English thesaurus to describe how amazing this man is. His honesty, workmanship and ease to work with (I even changed a word at the last minute and he accommodated (with a smile)) was truly amazing! If I could give 1000 stars I would!!! Chris, the bride loved her gift. THANK YOU for making my gift from the heart (Sorry, I tried to upload a picture of the handkerchief I took before I gifted it, but for some reason it wont let me. Im sending pictures to Chris, so they should be on his website)

Quick response, great craftsmanship! So far I have purchased masks and a baby hoodie towel, so adorable and more to come... Grampys Embroidery have this smooth operation going and I would certainly recommend their work to anyone!
