Beautiful store, with a very engaging friendly knowledgeable owner. We went in and tried the hand crafted smoothies. Absolutely delicious! They also had a new healthy snack product that was surprisingly super tasty as well called, Super Snaps. Definitely a must try! And as a rescue we also use the calendula oil sold here. This stuff is all natural, safe for animals and we not only use it on ourselves but also our rescue kittens & puppies to help with healing dry skin, cuts, abrasions, burns and post surgical sites. This is an incredible healing agent that speeds up healing time and is perfectly safe if its ingested. They really have so much to offer I definitely say check them out, see for yourself! I moved back to Smiths Falls sad thinking I wouldn't be able to get the same healthy and or vegan products I would get in the city. Then I saw a post on a FB group showcasing this wonderful store. I went and checked it out and not only do I enjoy alot of their products on a weekly basis The people who work or own it are so wholesome and full of great knowledge on the products. I just love it there. O and they have a smoothie bar! ;) Thanks for supplying great products!!

Wonderful small family business health food store. They have a great number of Vegan items and a wide range of snacks, drinks and great selection of vitamins. Highly recommend!!
