Smith's Shoes offers amazing, personal service. Their staff are very knowledgeable. Their shoes are high quality. They stand behind their sales--even allowing me to try a pair of shoes at home and still return them! To top it off I can get wide shoes, which I have difficulty finding.

Went out of my way to go to this shoe store and am I ever glad I did! Cy was absolutely amazing! He took the time to measure my feet and made sure that I got the right fit. Will definitely be back and highly recommend! Thanks for your help!

Had another successful experience at Smith's Shoes. Cy fitted my daughter for Blundstones and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes! The selection was great and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend shopping at this gem of a shop in downtown Smiths Falls.
