GFL Timmins Liquid Waste Facility

I called for a quote for a vacuum truck to clean up some liquid waste on May 16th 2023 and today is May 23 2023 and I still don't have a price. When I followed up I was told that they wouldn't quote the work without filling out a credit application. I asked if he wanted to see the job at hand and was told that it wasn't necessary. How can you quote job without seeing it??? Lmao. Obviously no time for small jobs I guess. Very poor customer service not all all like the service you get from the guys who do the roll off bins and garbage pick. Maybe they should take some lsions from the management team there. Dom

I manage a trailer park in Timmins. We had GFL come through to pump a septic and flush the lines. It has been almost 8 weeks and we are still begging to have the invoice sent to us so we can pay. It has also been almost two weeks, multiple emails and phone calls and a voice-mail to try and get a camera look down into the septic so we can see what the issue is. We CANNOT seem to get anyone to do anything there. It has been a frustrating matter and we are looking into changing all of our services that we have with GFL to another company. I shouldn't have to beg for an invoice to pay them. Service: Hazardous waste removal & disposal
