I cannot rate the nails as I was never able to be seen. Their vague website directed me to an online appointment booking portal that was not loading correctly. It said to "select a service" yet no services were showing. Alternatively, I tried to click services from the drop down menu just to see what they offered there as I was looking for nails, pedicure, and a wax but that was also a broken menu that wouldn't load. After hunting around the site I was able to locate a contact email and sent one off. I was responded to quickly (about an hour later) but was told that the website is in fact working but didn't "show appointment options" because they aren't any appointments; They are fully booked into November. There isn't a cancellation list and this information was not something that was written boldly anywhere on their website.for potential customers. Instead, the page loaded as if the link was broken making me wonder if it was my internet or a poorly set up site. Again, I cannot pass judgment on their services beyond my experience trying to make an appointment but that experience was truely. dissapointing.
