Emily worked with us on an investment property we purchased. The space was small and a challenging layout. What Emily came up with was amazing and really maximized the usage of the space and turned out fantastic. Will definitely look forward to work with EFA again with future projects.

From the very beginning of our building process, Emily has been a driving force in helping us to achieve our Dream House. She took our ideas of everything we wanted in our house - the size, the features, the layout - and she put it all together as if she read our minds. She was always available to discuss and make alterations, and she also proposed changes that we ended up adopting because they made the house even more perfect. After waiting ten years from the purchase of our lot to the actual ground-breaking, we could not be happier with how Emily has supported us in helping this project come to fruition.

I worked closely with Emily during the design/build of my entirely custom dream home on the beach. I began the process with a different architect who would not listen to my wants/needs. I was frustrated with the process and was fortunate to have Emily come to the rescue. We started from scratch. She listens intently, is organized, detail oriented and asks all the right questions to deliver a product I was extremely happy with. She executes on both function and aesthetics in her designs. The home was beautiful and the floor plan worked well for my life. Thanks EFA for delivering my dream home.

It was a pleasure working with Emily on our historic home renovation. Emily comes with a wealth of knowledge and was able to envision a plan for our home that well exceeded our expectations. The 3D rendering she did for our kitchen really helped us to see what the end result would look like. Emily designed our house to function best for our family, while still honouring the history of the home. Thanks to Emily's attention to detail and timeless design, we will have a home that we will love forever!
