Jay Little is an amazing home inspector! Incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. My wife and I are first time home buyers and Jay walked us through every detail of the house and provided recommendations and some tips and tricks to take along the way. The online report provided in the end is loaded with information and assistance for any future issues we may have. If you're a first time homebuyer like us, we highly would recommend Jay!!!

Jay was extremely thorough in his inspection and gave us lots of helpful tips for future home maintenance. I especially appreciated how user-friendly his report was. It was easy to read and understand, complete with photos and diagrams. I would recommend him to anyone!

We found Little's to be very knowledgeable and professional. Jay was able to answer all our questions. He provided us with a full home report and itemized any issues/concerns in detail with recommendations on how urgent each item needed to be repaired/replaced . From initial contact to inspection to providing a report he responded promptly. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend Little's Home and Property Inspections.
