The building looks nice but is poorly managed, hence the high staff turn over.

Went there in November 2022 still kept the placed locked and every time you go in, you have to do a covid test. Feels like a prison. Nice place but big turnover in staff.

The building is pretty, it hits you when you first walk in how pretty it is. But there is a high staff turnover which makes it hard on my grandma. She gets her routine set with staff then staff just disappear one day with no explanation from the manager. Then my grandma has to start again with a new staff member developing a routine. It gets to be exhausting for her.

Wonderful care and overall experience for my mother-in-law here. We feel so lucky to have her in this retirement home. The additional nursing care is top notch. Staff is amazing!

The facility is beautiful, the staff are kind, attentive and focused on making their residents comfortable. The staff really care and take the time to get to know their residents. There is a full activity calendar for the residents, the facility is always clean. Staff is not hard to contact. I only have wonderful things to say.
