        I went there 2 weeks ago to have my winter tires installed on my rims, when I got home I relized that all 4 of my tires were leaking from the valve stems (somthing I thought was changed when swapping tires) but only at OK tire St Thomas they do not. I called around and its part of every other tire shops procedure to put new ones in when the tire is off the rim. They told me they would fix this mistake for $40. When I came back a couple days later to have the work done after the work was done I was charged 80 dollars plus taxes. All in all I paid 200 dollars for a service that should have only cost 125 at most. And i had to deal with my leaking tires for a week just to be ripped off after the work is done. This is a scam, especially for people who dont know the stems should be changed and woulda thought this was on them and not the company. Service: Auto tire replacement
