Quick Lane Tire & Auto Centre - St Thomas

The staff in the evening wasnt helpful at all (it was a younger blonde woman working), I called the store approximately 5 time before I drove over to the quick lane place to get my flat tire repaired and no one answered. When I got there no one was at the desk. And that means all our car keys are just sitting on the wall free to access for any person that went into the store because no one was there. Like just the other day someone broke into an rv at Fergusons and destroyed the rv. Im not looking for that to happen to my car. So I walked around ford calling for someone for about 15 min and I finally spot someone in the mechanics room. As it turned out the girl was too busy flirting with the mechanic to realize someone had been aimlessly roaming ford alone. Usually my experience is really good at quick lane but I was super frustrated and disappointed this time. And she couldnt even answer any questions I had she was completely useless. Service: Tires

Left a voice mail twice in the last two weeks with the service tech, no response. Call directly to dealership - secretary assured my number would be passed along directly - no call. I shouldn't have to drive to the service center, just to book an oil change appointment.

Great staff, great service. Honest and fair pricing. Much better than other places around. And great prices on tires
