Four of us sat down, and apparently there was a mix up with the table, which took over 20 minutes to get drinks, let alone order. We order when our drinks came in and then waited a good 45 mins and then watched our food get delivered to another table, they then turned it away and i told the waitress if thats my food that was on their table i dont want it ill just take my bill for my drinks at this point, she insured it wasnt ours and ours would be right up, 15 or so minutes later we got our food and my burger was burnt and charred and very bland same with a chicken sandwich we got. Meals were fully comped except alcohol which was nice but still couldnt believe the service and food quality, i used to come here when i was young with full hockey teams and baseball teams and food and service was great but it definitely wasnt what i remembered. Feel bad for the waitress they said it was her second day and who knows maybe she had too many tables and was overwhelmed for the second day but thats when management should be helping the new girl out trying to get her in the swing of things, who ever the waitress was i felt bad thats for sure
