        Worst experience we ever had. Charged for parts we didnt order, over charged for labour, charged for work that wasnt done. Family business ordering parts, they contract out work, no one knows what is actually happening. No written estimates! Stay away!

        My experience with Wielhouwer Replacement Hardware ha been excellent. I recently moved into a condo with a broken window operator I was not familiar with. Chuck was extrmely helpful in helping me understand which parts were necessary for the repair by having me e-mail pictures of the window. They were also very honest and didn't try to upsell me anything unecessary. They were responsive and answered all my e-mails and calls. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to repair a window!

        One of the few places around to get replacement parts for casement windows. They usually have the parts you need rt in stock. Cash or credit card are the only payment options though they don't take debit.
