I went there today at LifeLabs on Elm. A staff member came out in the hallway to basically send us home because they were discouraging walk-ins. I mean...what is it they do there? I was told to go there by my doctor and get a blood test. When I went they stopped me before I even got in the office and wanted to know if I had an appointment...if not they preferred I not wait. There were only two people in the lineup outside the office and I was number 2 in that outside line. This is a poorly run facility and it's not the first time I've had problems. The last time I went there they had lost the fax that my doctor had sent over so I waited to discover they had no idea who/why I was there. Another government run agency with a market lock-down. If you don't like going there too bad...there are no other choices. Some of us older people will remember that's how the post office used to function until it was made into a Crown Corporation and people's wages were cut in half. Those of you who work there - beware of the same thing happening.

Went in today with my 1 year old . There were no appointments available till next week so I was considered a walk-in . They took me right in with no wait around 3pm. Very hard to watch your baby get poked but the ladies were very professional and great with my son
