        Elgin Chrysler has always been 5 star in its service and they do a good job of keeping parts for my Fiat 500 sport in stock. They also do an excellent job of scheduling and booking appointments and email reminders. The guys in the service dept. are all keen to assist and seem to be knowledgeable about Fiat (Fix It Again Tony) problems. Now my one big beef with Elgin Chrysler is why don't they have any good used small vehicles on the lot. Just acres of big new RAM trucks and Jeeps most of which are grey, black or white. I would have gladly traded in my 2012 model which I bought used there in 2016 for a newer Fiat - they are great little runabouts, but Oh No! just bus sized wagons and trucks!

        I recently leased a Jeep Wrangler at Elgin Chrysler and the experience was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful without giving off the pushy car salesman type vibe. Aaron was awesome to deal with. Made me feel comfortable and valued all of my opinions and got me the perfect Jeep. Would definitely recommend him and the dealership.
