not all the drivers are friendly but every hour for my bus cmon london buses run more frequently then this

I agree with previous statements. That woman that works there should absolutely not be working there. She was rude and any question I asked her about student Transit and why the buses were not running in the winter as they should be when we are paying a very steep monthly fee for my son to have a student pass. Any question I asked her about the student pass she would say " I don't know" when I asked her why she doesn't know any information about her on busing systems. She hung up on me. You need to find someone that actually wants to do the job. I would absolutely love to talk to her supervisor and I plan on getting through to do so

Horrible service. Good drivers. The bus's don't wait for other busses to get back with transfers even if the bus driver calls in and says they have transfers like were told to. Because of drivers not waiting we've had to cab home 2 times in a month which is a Waste of money that can be spent else where. Not everyone can wait an hour to get home/places.

Worst customer service ever and the busses are never on time, I was told to be at a bus stop by 9:52 and ended up waiting over 30 minutes and did not see a bus once. If I were you I'd just walk to your destination, you'll get there faster.
