        In theory a good format. Unfortunately my husband and I had to deal with an employee who was treating us unfairly because this person did not agree with our lifestyle. Libro's solution was to move us to another branch instead of terminating this person.

        Libro Credit Union has been by far the best financial institution I have ever dealt with in 50 yrs*** Fantastic personal Client service. Rarely a computerized tel answer! Professional educated reps for Investment & Mortgage, Rdsp, Resp, Tfsa, Rrsp, Seg Funds..Love Libro***

        A terrible financial institution. Been a long time customer with banking and mortgage. However the criteria for loans or new mortgage applications has become so impossible, it makes it so very difficult for someone who earns 50,000 a year to get a loan. I'm done with their services.

        Wouldn't help me during Covid-19 when I needed $6000 tacked on to an existing loan. Reason? Made less money than previous year. No s#&t...! Why do you think I needed a small loan to help out? If they won't help you when you need it, why deal with them when you don't?
