I have been seeing Nicole for several years now and always thoroughly treatments and catching up with her. She has a charming, caring personality and is very passionate about the Eminence skin care line, as am I! The cleanliness of the spa and relaxing atmosphere makes for a wonderful experience. The facials are such an indulgent, luxurious treat! And Nicole is very knowledgeable about all the products and choosing which ones are best for you. I LOVE the creative nail art she does for all my special trips and engagements!

There never seems to be availability for any services. I recieved a gift card last year and have not been able to use it. I decided to stop by today to purchase product instead of a service, as the last time I was wait listed I never recieved a call back. I arrived at 5:30 pm as my schedule would allow. Online indicates that they are open until 6:00pm. I have arrived and although the lights are on and there are people inside, the door states that they are closed and they are no longer answering their phone. I find this incredibly frustrating.
