Bought a century home that needed some major rewiring to bring it into line with our insurance company's standards within 30 days of closing. We chose Mike because he seemed to have a lot of knowledge and experience in dealing with heritage homes and didn't try to oversell us on unnecessary extras that might have pushed the timeline back. Not only did Mike get it done ahead of schedule, but he also stayed on budget and did a great job of keeping us in the loop, explaining everything as he went and anticipating our future needs.
