To say Dwayne went above and beyond is an undestatement. We have had bad luck with contractors in the past and PMD was a breath of fresh air. He did what he said he would when he said he would (and more) for a very reasonable price and always with a great attitude. I almost wish we needed more work done because I know who I would call!

Foundation water proofing and drainage tile replacement Residence in St Thomas The owner Dwayne is first of all honest, hardworking and knows his business. I've been in industrial construction for 25 yrs and know a good machine operator when I see one. We had some very tight spots around the house that would have left other excavator operators stumped. Not Dwayne, he was fast, efficient and safe getting the trench opened. His employee Mike was also a very hard worker and a decent guy all around. The scope he called for was exactly what this house needed. The foundation will never leak again. The work started when scheduled and came in on time and budget. Great clean up also. Look forward to working with PMD in the future again.

Dwayne and his crew were great. I had a laneway expanded and gravel pad made for parking my 5th wheel. Drainage issue at front of laneway was also addressed. It was priced fairly, they arrived on time, followed through on the project and cared about doing the best job possible. I would highly recommend them for any of your construction needs!

PMD construction did an fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company. Dwayne did an on site inspection and took the time to explain the problem and the best solution to fix the leak in my basement. The quote was detailed and honest. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The job site was left clean and tidy. Thanks again for a job well done.

We found Dwayne and his partner through kijiji. We are really pleased with all his professionalism. We had a concrete driveway installed, and he made sure things were set up and put in motion for the job to be completed.
