Went to this location with my daughter today to get her passport. Security guard was friendly, gentleman at the front desk was helpful and informative. My daughter dealt with Kyle and he was wonderful. He was friendly and efficient. We actually really enjoyed our visit to this office

Two reviews. 1. Went for a walk in about a month ago to renew passports. It was about a 3-4 hr wait. Left, booked an appointment online for March 13. Staff was friendly and told me it'll be quicker to book an appointment and come if I'm in no rush. 2. Went for my booked appointment. Front staff were very friendly. I went around 10, which is break changeover time and apparently only 1-2 people were trained to do passports out of thr three that were working. I didn't wait longer than 15 min. It took about 30 min to do a renewal and two new passports. Good service and informative staff. Be nice to the staff and they will be nice to you. They can't make rules up for your convenience. They are the messengers to help you get your documents in order.

Not long lines but the service is slow been here an hour and no one has moved. The one guy that helps is so loud everyone in the building can hear what he's saying so your personal info he's says out loud for everyone to hear. The other two are quite. The guy at the front door amazing very kind. Just wish they were a bit faster.

Service people are less than security guards hahahah, Canada is sinking down and nobody even noticed that, Mr Justin Trudeau is busy sending billions of dollars to Ukraine , and our own Canadian people are fighting every day to survive, we wait 3 hours for our turn just because two people to serve and 4 security guards , it is a joke with great country that brainless rules us,
