        I have tried quite a few classes with Tru, and I have not ONCE been disappointed. They truly have classes for everyone! When I started going to tru I was at a much different fitness level, I had always had anxiety around working out but the Tru studio changed that for me. The classes were challenging but fun, it opened the door into the fitness industry and truly showed me that working out is so much more than physical. Tru is hands down the best place I have found for classes and fitness, look no further!
